We are OVID.
We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director in Global Policy with experience working in pharmaceutical and health policy and public affairs at a global level and a good network of contacts across the life sciences sector.
This is an opportunity to play an important role at OVID Health, providing senior counsel to clients, working with colleagues to win new business, leading accounts for global pharmaceutical clients, and participating in management decision-making as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
You will have / be:
- Experience working in an agency on global health policy for pharmaceutical clients for at least 3 years.
- An entrepreneurial outlook with a proven interest in generating new business and natural business acumen.
- Kind, collaborative and trusted by your clients and colleagues.
The role
- Support the growth of a global policy practice, including maintaining strong relationships with senior clients, and developing new ones.
- Have responsibility for developing new business leads and converting them to wins, with support from the senior team and colleagues.
- Oversee the delivery of global policy accounts.
- Line-manage more junior members of our team and build capacity as needed to deliver on the global policy accounts (including training existing colleagues and hiring new ones).
- Take a leadership role internally on the SLT and externally with thought leadership and networking.
