Leading independent health communications consultancy OVID Health and patient insights charity White Swan have announced a new collaboration, designed to use the power of social data to inform and inspire patient-centric campaigns for life sciences companies. 

OVID becomes the first European comms consultancy to work with White Swan and harness its disruptive AI insights platform, Million Minds, to inform its healthcare communications counsel and capabilities. In working with White Swan, OVID will leverage proprietary technology and leading-edge data science across therapy areas including mental health, dementia, oncology, and rare diseases. 

By harnessing data from Million Minds, including information on patient behaviours, preferences and needs, OVID will further bolster its expertise in ensuring its counsel and campaigns for clients are firmly patient-centric and have the ability to be truly transformative.  

The partnership will underpin OVID’s global pro bono Patient Partnership Index initiative and ongoing research initiatives.
