Last Friday, a leaked copy of the Government’s Health and Care White Paper was made available online, and promptly led to a flurry of reports about what it contained, what it didn’t and – perhaps most importantly – what it all means.
For our clients, OVID Health prepared a briefing document, highlighting the key points and insights from the leaked White Paper text. The White Paper is expected to form the basis of the proposed NHS reform that Health Secretary Matt Hancock has been eager to push ahead with, and the Bill is expected to be brought to Parliament shortly – having been delayed because of COVID-19.
